Start at the charcuterie table or seafood selection, then make your way to the carvery for roasted turkey with apricot stuffing and cranberry sauce, roast pork, glazed ham, chicken or brisket.
There are salads, roast vegetables and Yorkshire puddings on the side.
For dessert, choose from Christmas pudding with brandy custard, pavlova, trifle, lamingtons and more.
Kids have their own buffet selection, plus a chocolate fountain.
